This notice covers the Hevent Business marketing website operated by Glocian India Pvt. Ltd. Data handled inside the venue software is covered by separate customer agreements.
Country detection
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, derives a country code from your IP address when it delivers each page. We use only that country code to choose USD, INR or THB pricing and show the English/Thai switcher to visitors detected in Thailand. Your IP address is not sent to any other lookup service, and the country is not stored in your browser. We do not request GPS coordinates or browser location permission, and do not choose currency from your browser language. If detection fails, pricing defaults to USD. VPNs and network routing can affect accuracy.
Demo enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email, phone number, city, business name, venue type, product interests and pricing choices, together with available campaign and landing-page context. We use these details to respond, arrange a demo and follow up on your enquiry. Enquiries are sent through Google Apps Script to our Google Sheets enquiry workflow.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses local and session storage for the preferences below. These are browser storage technologies even when they are not cookies. Third-party chat loads automatically unless you have a valid saved choice to turn it off.

Live chat
Tawk.to provides our chat service, which loads automatically unless you turn it off. The service can process your IP address, device information, visited pages and messages and use cookies or browser storage. Use Chat preferences to change your choice. Turning chat off reloads the page to unload the service; it does not erase existing cookies or previously submitted conversations. You can continue browsing or submit a demo enquiry with chat turned off.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and service providers receive connection information needed to deliver their services. Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and country detection, Google for enquiry delivery and storage, and Tawk.to for chat. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and privacy notices. We retain enquiry and conversation records for responding and managing the relationship, and for applicable recordkeeping obligations. Browser storage durations are listed above.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can clear cookies and website storage in your browser settings. This resets saved preferences but does not delete enquiries or chat records already sent to us. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information or withdraw consent for relevant processing.
